Privacy

This is a plain-English explanation of what this website records. It is short because there is not much to say. Nothing here is sold, there are no advertising trackers, and there is no Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics on this site.

What the website records

  • Which pages you view on this site, and how far down each page you scroll.
  • Which sections of the page you actually saw — for example the reserve block or the directions block.
  • When you tap to call, open the assistant, tap for directions, tap a Reserve button, or send the request form.
  • Which language you chose, if you switched between English and Spanish.
  • Which links you followed off this site — only the name of the site you went to, and nothing about what you did once you were there.
  • The site that sent you here, and whether your browser is a phone or a computer. Not your screen size, and not the make or version of your browser.
  • Your approximate location — country, state and city — worked out at the edge of our host’s network. Not a street address, and your IP address is not stored with it.
  • A random number that identifies this browser, kept in your browser’s own storage. It is not an advertising identifier, it is never joined to your name or your phone number, and it does not follow you to any other website.

All of it is first-party: it is written to this site’s own database, on this site’s own hosting account, and read back only by the club and the people who look after the site. No copy is sent to another company, to an advertising network, or to a social platform.

What the request form stores

If you send a table, birthday or party request, the form stores what you typed: the request type, your name, your mobile number, the date, arrival time and party size you asked for, and your notes if you wrote any. It also stores the language the page was in when you sent it, so the house answers you in that language, and a one-way scrambled form of your IP address — not the address itself — which exists only to stop the same machine sending hundreds of requests, and a coarse phone/computer label.

There are no card fields anywhere on this site. No payment details are asked for, entered, or stored.

What you send is used to answer your request: to text you back, to tell the house you are coming, and to put the night on the club’s calendar. It is not used to market to you, and it is not shared with anyone else.

The form also asks how you heard about the club. That answer is optional. It is stored with the request so the club can see which of its efforts bring people in. It is a count, not a profile.

The list

If you join the list, the site stores your mobile number, your first name if you gave it, your birthday month if you gave it, and the language you signed up in. Nothing is sent to that number until you tick the consent box, and no more than four texts a month are sent after that. Reply STOP and the number is marked stopped and left alone. The list is the club’s own; it is not sold, rented, or shared.

Short links

Links the club prints on flyers or puts in its social bios pass through this site first, for example a link ending in /go/flyer. Each pass-through records the date, whether the device was a phone or a computer, the site that sent you, and a coarse location. It does not record who you are. Its only purpose is to tell the club which flyer or bio link people actually used.

Texts

The “Text me a confirmation” box is what permits the one confirmation text and any replies about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and the number stops — it is added to an opt-out list on the club’s side and nothing further is sent to it. Reply HELP for help.

If you call and the call is missed, the club may text that number once to pick the conversation back up. The same STOP applies.

How long things are kept

  • Requests — 12 months, then removed.
  • Missed-call records — 12 months, then removed.
  • The list — until you reply STOP, or until the club removes you.
  • Short-link taps — 12 months, then removed. The totals per link are kept.
  • Opt-outs — kept indefinitely. That is the point of them: an opt-out has to outlive everything else or it stops working.
  • Measurement — kept as day-by-day counts. Nothing in it identifies you by name or number.

Switching measurement off

Add ?w3p=off to the end of any page address on this site and measurement stops for this browser and stays off. ?w3p=on reverses it. The site also honours Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track: if your browser sends either signal, nothing is created and nothing is sent.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The identifiers described above live in your browser’s own storage, and clearing your site data clears them.

Fonts

The lettering is loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser asks Google’s servers for the font files and Google sees that request. Nothing else on these pages reaches any other company.

Languages

This site is published in English and Spanish. The two versions say the same things. Switching between them changes nothing about what is recorded, and the choice is not used to work out anything about you beyond answering you in the language you asked in.

Age

This site is intended for adults, 21 and over. The 21+ confirmation you tap is remembered in your browser’s own storage for 30 days and is not sent anywhere.

Asking for your information, or its removal

Email [OWNER EMAIL] or call (347) 684-7738 and say which phone number you used. The matching request will be found and removed.
